Business Challenge

We were engaged to deliver the AV, IT, Intercom and Home Automation systems for the apartment fit-out package on the luxury Holland Park Villas development in Kensington to cover 68 apartments.

Our Solution

This consisted of the supply, installation and commissioning of the following systems;

  • AV & Data cabling headend for each apartment
  • Fibre IRS infrastructure
  • IRS distribution within the apartments
  • Intelligent lighting control system
  • Home automation control system
  • Video intercom integrated into the home automation system

We provided bespoke solutions to designed to specific requirements such as custom made lighting enclosures and wiring headend units, custom integration of the intercom and home automation systems.
